new parts for the chassis ... neue Teile für das Chassis

I was on a little shopping tour to collect more bits for the chassis:
Heute war ich einige neue Teile für das Chassis kaufen:

another small bag of parts, but my wallet was considerably lighter...
Nur eine kleine Tüte mit Teilen, aber das Portmonee war wieder merklich leichter...


And I visited my good friend Jens, the "master blaster" - He will take care of my rims, but more important he has a good amount Streaker and Baja Bug body parts collected, so he could provide a nice rear piece for my Streaker - this one was originally designed for the convertible, as there are no louvers to cover, but I like the slick look of it also for the limo body!
Unfortunately the nose piece he gave me didn't fit to my body...

Außerdem habe ich den guten Jens Kraft besucht, der wird sich um meine Felgen kümmern - aber viel wichtiger, Jens hat diverse Streaker und Baja Bug Karosserieteile gesammelt und konnte mir so mit einem Heckteil aushelfen. Dieses Teil ist zwar ursprünglich nur für das Cabrio gedacht gewesen, da man hier keine Lufthutze für die Kühlschlitze braucht, aber die Form gefällt mir besser - auch für die Limousine. Leider hat die neue Frontmaske die er auch noch hatte nicht zu meiner Karosserie gepasst...


And finally I got another repair patch for my new body, which was cut at the filler as well:

Schlußendlich noch ein Bild eines weiteren Blechteils für meine neue Karosserie, da wurde nämlich auch am Tankeinfüllstutzen rumgeschnippelt...
