here are a few pics of what I've done today ... das habe ich heute geschafft:

 striker plates installed - more bling bling ! Schlosshalter montiert - mehr bling bling!

rubber seal for rear ash trays glued in ... Gummikappen zur Aschenbecher-Abdichtung eingeklebt

started the headliner with the C-pillars:

... had to fabricate new padding as the old one got wet and already started to rot away at the bottom:
... der alte Filz war untenrum schon gammelig, also musste ich neue Aufpolsterung anfertigen:

I used the old part (right side in the pcture) as a rough template for installation:
